1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pitch Point ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform to discover pitch events, register as a startup, submit applications, and access related features. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Applications and Events

Event applications are subject to the rules and criteria of each event. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Pitch Point and event organisers reserve the right to accept or reject applications at their discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent yourself or your startup, to harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Pitch Point / Ruhil Future Technologies. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to use it for operating the Platform and related purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any events or outcomes related to it.
